he Harvard is a warm and welcoming three bedroom, two bath home that offers a very open living/dining room layout.
The Harvard is approximately 1,640 square feet. The Harvard Grand includes extra living space in the living/dining area and the Master Suite, increasing the size to approximately 1,800 square feet.
An optional family room addition can be built on the Harvard and Harvard Grand, which allows for a great casual TV room or study off the morning room.
